Fundraiser FAQ

• The first hour of design help is free!

• Webstore hosting is free and includes 5 product variants (unique garment + design + color).

• If the webstore exceeds 5 product variants, cost is $5 per additional variant.

• Once designs and variants are finalized we can launch a webstore in 3 business days.

• Designs that include unique or complex, hand drawn or custom illustrated elements will incur a design fee (usually $45/hr).

• Design time will depend largely on your responsiveness and project complexity. For most projects, allow 2-3 business days.

• We provide you with wholesale pricing brackets based on quantity sold.

• You provide retail pricing that is listed on the webstore.

• Your payout occurs when the goods are delivered and calculated with this formula: [Retail Price] - [Wholesale Price] - [3.75% of Total Price] = Payout Per Shirt

• We can ship directly to your customers (they pay shipping), or we can deliver the entire batch to you for free, or you can do a combination.

• You distribute the unique link to your customers.

• Webstores usually do best when left open over 2 weekends. Once you’re happy with totals, we close the link and move to production.

• Production takes 6-8 business days.
